Shipping policy

ProppedUp Rentals will manage the shipping of all items rented through www.proppeduprentals.com. The shipping cost is dependent on the scale of the order that needs to be delivered.

Operating Times
ProppedUp Rentals operates on a Monday to Friday week, between the hours of 9am - 5pm. 

Props & Large Furniture
Large scale props and furniture items need to be delivered via truck and the cost will be calculated once the order has been received.

Clothing/Wardrobe
Smaller fashion items will be delivered to you by ProppedUp Rentals to your chosen location, or you may choose to arrange a mode of delivery yourself.

Same Day Delivery
Same day deliveries are possible for orders placed before 12pm on working week days (Mon-Fri). We cannot guarantee orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the same day, but we will try to accommodate where possible.

Weekend Deliveries
Weekend deliveries/pick ups can be arranged, we would like to request at least 48hrs prior notice where possible. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, but please note it may not always be possible.
