How do I make a rental booking?

You can browse our available items online and add them to your cart. Complete the checkout process by selecting "Get Quote" and provide your rental dates and delivery details in the order notes. We'll confirm your booking within an hour.

What is your rental duration policy?

Our minimum rental period is 24 hours. Weekly and monthly rates are available for longer rentals. All items must be returned by the agreed return time to avoid additional charges.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup services within Dubai and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Contact us for specific delivery rates to your area.

What happens if an item gets damaged during my rental?

We understand accidents happen. Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage will incur repair or replacement costs. We'll assess any damage upon return and provide a detailed breakdown of charges if applicable.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 4 hours or more before the rental start date receive a full refund. Orders cancelled later than this will receive a 50% rental refund.

Do I need to provide a security deposit?

No, a security deposit is not required for rentals. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental dates.

Can I extend my rental period?

Extensions are possible subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your return date to request an extension. Additional charges will apply based on our standard daily rates.

What if an item is not available for my requested dates?

We'll contact you immediately if an item becomes unavailable. We can suggest similar alternatives or help you adjust your rental dates. If no suitable solution is found, we'll provide a full refund.

Do you have insurance coverage for rented items?

Our items are insured against theft and major damage. However, renters are responsible for the care and security of items during the rental period. We recommend checking if your event insurance covers rental equipment.
