Refunds
Should you be unsatisfied with your rental please email us at hello@proppeduprentals.com with your reasoning and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
Should you wish to cancel or exchange a product from your order this is possible up to four hours prior to delivery. Please contact us directly at hello@proppeduprentals.com or +971 52 495 9264 / +971 55 683 6117. We will do our best to accommodate you.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
Should an item be damaged while you are renting it, please alert us on return. Damaged rentals will need to be paid for at full RRP, or replaced with similar items of the same value approved by ProppedUp Rentals as a satisfactory replacement.
